Stephen Ministry is...
     a program of Central College Presbyterian Church that equips laypersons to provide distinctively Christian one-to-one care to those who are experiencing all kinds of life needs and circumstances, both in our congregation and community.

What Is A Stephen Minister?
     -a child of God who walks beside a hurting person
     -a caring Christian friend who really listens
     -a layperson who has received 50 hours of training in how to provide           distinctively Christian care

Stephen Ministry helps meet the needs of
individuals who are...

hospitalized or terminally ill;

bereaved or in a job crisis;

new church members;

disabled or homebound;

lonely or in a spiritual crisis;

looking for a caring Christian friend

Wednesday, January 11, 2012 - Stephen Minister Training Classes To Start - It is with joyful hearts we announce the next Stephen Ministry Training Class. The first class session will be held Wednesday evening, January 11, 2012 from 7- 8:30pm in the Multi- Purpose Room at the Village of Westerville on Huber Village Boulevard. The class meets weekly and goes through the first Wednesday in June.
