Bringing Jesus To The People
Jesus said “let your light shine in such a way that they see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven”. Central College has a long history of impacting our community through our good works by helping others see the goodness of God. From our annual Freedom Celebration to the best Dam Sunrise Service every Easter morning and the numerous activities and events throughout the year, our light shines brightly.
Feeding The Hungry
Each week on our campus we offer a full-scale food pantry that meets the needs of those dealing with food insecurities. Because we understand that man does not live on bread alone, we strive to provide spiritual and emotional support for those in need of assistance.
Restored Citizens Ministries
We have partnered with Kindway Ministry to further assist those who are returning to society after an extended incarceration. Two and a Wake Up is a specifically designed ministry that offers hope and community to individuals and families who have experienced the challenges associated with imprisonment.
Alcoholics Anonymous
Seven days a week we host a variety of AA meetings for those making the courageous decision to find freedom through sobriety.

Global Mission
The Church is the best hope for the world because only the Church exists for others. That is why Central College stays responsive to where God might lead us to partner with other Christ followers to have an impact for the Kingdom of God.
Each new need or ministry that we learn, we prayerfully consider using a 3-fold evaluation grid;
Is a clear Gospel witness being presented?
Are there avenues of service where we can engage beyond financial giving?
Even though we see the need, do we hear God calling us to partner?
These questions have guided us thus far to the following ministries and areas of service:
Haiti
Living Hope is a ministry in Haiti led by Haitians. For over 20 years this ministry has planted churches and schools throughout northern Haiti. Bringing the message of the gospel and a practical path for growth and advancement, Living Hope is truly a Kingdom minded ministry.
Peru
Gran Commission serves the poor and deaf community in Lima, Peru. A local church in the area has made significant inroads into the community and as also been able to reach out to an indigenous people group in the Amazon.
Honduras
From a children’s home to medical teams, Honduras has been a part of our mission impact. Recent floods, economic downturns and increased violence has created numerous opportunities for ministry to these beautiful people. If you have never done a short term mission trip, Honduras is the perfect place to begin…
