2021-2022 Westerville School District Student Transportation Stipend
Hello CCCS Families:
Who doesn't like free money? Not sure if you are aware, but Westerville City Schools will actually pay Westerville residents $250 per student per year for transporting your student(s) to our school. The details are included below along with an attached application form. Note, the deadline has been extended another 10 business days to August 9th, so please be prompt to take advantage of this free money.

Students who reside in the Westerville City School District and attend CCCS are automatically eligible for a stipend otherwise known as Payment in Lieu of Transportation (PILOT). The amount that is paid, per eligible student per year is $250 and is set by the Ohio Department of Education.
Complete the attached fillable PDF form, save the form to your computer. The parent/guardian will submit the form, their photo ID, along with two (2) current proofs of residency (current active lease or current mortgage statement PLUS a current utility bill, all dated within the past 30 days of the date of your request) to the following email address for processing: NPSTransportation@wcsoh.org
IMPORTANT: Please submit one (1) email per student request. In the ‘SUBJECT’ line of the email, you must include your student’s name and the school they are attending. Failure to do so may result in a delay of your PILOT request.
The deadline to submit your request is Monday, August 9, 2021.
